The meaning behind our new look and name
The time is right for change. As the world wakes up to the urgency of reducing waste, we’re bringing our green recycling bins to countries throughout Europe. We realised that we needed an identity to match our ambition – simple, bold, and ready for the future.
Our new identity reflects our three brand directives: ingenuity, perfection and simplicity.
‘Zeff’ is the force that pulls electrons towards the nucleus – the measure of positive charge. By closing the loop between use and waste, we aim to be a force of positive change in the world.
Zeff is easy to spell and easy to remember, even in Spanish or French. Just four letters, the same green ethos – and a clean, bold look that represents who we are.

Previously, you might not have known you were using one of our bins. Now, whenever you see a Zeff product, you’ll know it’s made of 100% recycled plastic.
