Everything you need to know about shipping, returning and other practical matters.
Delivery costs
Delivery to the UK mainland is £7.50 + VAT, to the UK non-mainland delivery costs £30.00 + VAT.
Despatch day
Provided your chosen product is in stock and you place your order before 2:00 PM; your goods will be despatched on the day of your order. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.
Delivery time
Provided your chosen item/s are in stock: your goods should arrive the working day after the despatch day. If the order value is over £1500, delivery is usually 2-3 working days.
Whilst we try our very best to deliver on schedule, Zeff cannot guarantee to meet the deadlines outlined above. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of delivering late or early.
Taking delivery
Our couriers deliver between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday. They cannot specify dedicated delivery times due to their complex delivery schedules. However, if you enter your email address in the courier email box at checkout, you’ll be sent a tracking email informing you of the expected delivery time to within an hour.
If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and your item/s will be returned to the nearest depot for collection or re-delivery.
Reporting undelivered orders
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your goods within the specified delivery period you must let us know within 14 days of your order date.
Damaged or faulty goods
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Zeff reserves the right to send appropriate parts or products to replace those damaged or faulty.
Incomplete orders or parts missing
Missing parts or items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Zeff reserves the right to supply replacements of those parts or items.
Cancellation prior to despatch
You may cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected] provided goods have not been packed for despatch.
Returning goods
You can return goods unopened for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Contact Zeff to obtain a return number prior to returning goods – just email [email protected] with a request for a return number. When we receive the goods we will refund the amount paid (less the original shipping charge). Please note that:
- You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us.
- We cannot accept used or opened goods unless you show them to be faulty or damaged.
- We cannot accept returns on customised products.
- All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
